The location is perfect, just across from Interlaken West train station. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!

The apartment was definitely one of the high-lights of our trip because it was beyond our expectations. Absolutely recommend!

The 15chf laundry per day is very good deal. My children love playing pingpong. The location is excellent 7 mins walk from West station, and everything else. The guests card gives u free transport within Interlaken. There's nearby grocery also

The hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, filled with delightful aromas that enhance the overall experience. Its location is simply stunning, perched above the clouds and just a 15-minute bus ride to Interlaken West Station. On clear days, the views of Lake Thun are breathtaking, and the sunsets are nothing short of magical. At night, the starry sky is extraordinary due to the minimal light pollution—truly a sight to behold. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it’s the perfect blend of comfort, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return in the spring to swim in the beautiful lakes of Thun and Brienz.
