Its a hotel, but inside UBC, originally made for people attending conferences at UBC. 5 min from UBC bus station and convinient to most places inside UBC. Highly recommended if visiting UBC but if visiting for a normal tourist, maybe stay somewhere else. Has a washing machine so suitable for long stays as well. A walk, run to the beach, which is at south, west or north from the hotels are highly recommended.

Capable to reach everything by foot in max 15min. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores around. Kitchen on every second floor. Getting full equipment for cooking from the reception.

This hotel is 3 miles from downtown Blaine and is adjacent to the waterfront. Ocean Promenade Hotel rooms include a seating area. I liked the location of the hotel and the view from the window
