The hotel is really nice, I feel like it gives great value for money, the room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable, the room and the lights in the room were nice and cozy. The floors are not carpet, which is great because we all know that carpet gets really dirty, really fast, and it is impossible to maintain, so the fact that the only part of the room that had carpet was under the desk where you can't really step made the room 10 times cleaner. The staff at the reception was also really nice and welcoming.

The location is quiet, and the hotel itself is modern and well-maintained. We especially want to praise the front desk staff member Erhan – he was exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. In the evening, he helped our child order food, patiently explained everything, and made us feel truly welcome. These small acts of kindness made a big difference and left a lasting positive impression of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values great service, cleanliness, and a warm atmosphere. We would gladly return again!

The food and service at the restaurant was outstanding. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a balcony and a lovely view of the forest. So relaxing. We plan to go back every time we head to Graz.
