Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. A small alpaca farm is also on site, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The location is amazing, great views. Only stayed there for one night but definetly going back during the summer time to see the alpacas also! Breakfast was lovely, so was the staff !

Guests have panoramic mountain and lake views. Free WiFi is available. Spent a wonderful weekend at Pension Schlömmer. As other reviews already mention, the breakfast was excellent, view was amazing, there was access to a (probably private) beach, and there is a ferry service nearby to take you to St. Wolfgang. In addition, we travelled by public transport and it's just a 15 min walk from the bus stop. We were pleasantly surprised when the owner offered to drop us at the bus stop during our return. We would like to visit Wolfgangsee again, and when we visit, we would definitely stay at Pension Schlömmer.

A beautiful wooden house, and the host and children are very friendly. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and taking bus line 150 allows you to get anywhere. The house is clean and tidy, with mountain views right outside the window—I had a very comfortable stay.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was only a short walk to the “beach”. Easily accessible by car and dedicated parking was available. Staff was friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental. The hotel stands alone in a beautiful natural spot, with an easy 5 min ferry ride to St Gilgen. There are lots of hiking and swimming spots. The boat provides easy access to St Wolfgang and Strobl. The restaurant is relaxed but excellent quality and very popular with locals. Booking is recommended. Every night we were delighted to eat the delicious specials. Breakfast was simply amazing, the chefs are superb! The staff were hard working and incredibly friendly.

Hotel Garni Anzengruber is located near the centre of St. Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut, 100 metres from the famous Weißes Rössl and the beautiful pilgrimage church. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

This traditional, family-run hotel enjoys a quiet but central location, offering guests high-quality, comfortable accommodation in the pretty town of St. Gilgen, 300 metres from the shores of the Wolfgangsee lake. The rooms were clean and the staffs were very friendly. The location was great, situated next to the cable car station. Delicious breakfast was included.
