The property was super. We had an issue with our transfer company that we booked outside the hotel. Samuel at counter was of great help, he went out of his way to contact the company and find out what was going on and managed to resolve a full refund for us. He was even able to book us a cab and helped with all instructions to the driver to take us to Dubai. I have to give a 5 star review to Samuel first and to the staff at the Hotel. Very professional customer care.

The resort is absolutely stunning. An amazing family friendly place where adults can also enjoy. The chalet is spacious. Our chalet has a direct view to the Giraffes arena. one can feel like staying in a jungle surrounded by all kind of animals.

My room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed was amazing for a good night’s sleep. Overall, AG Hotel is a great choice for comfort and convenience at a good price.
