Absolutely nothing to complain about. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast offerings. Excellent, comfortable room with all the required facilities. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. Two minute walk from the subway station (very handy). Good value for money considering NYC prices

Outstanding hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful, room facilities are great, bed is comfortable and excellent wifi connection. Certainly one of the best options for business travel in New York City. The hotel's restaurant hosts a lively bar with DJing on weekend evenings, which is a welcome addition!

What I liked the most was the silence. This was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I never heard any noise from other guests. The rooms are very well insulated. The beds were super comfortable and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good. Also everything was so clean.

The hotel is brand new and clean. Guests are well behaved and staff are approachable, responsive and helpful. The hotel is close to the number 2 and 5 trains. There is a large secure supermarket with a friendly owner across the road as well as a Dunkin and burger king. Avoid the delis and walking around at dusk.
