The customer service was excellent from the time I walked into Home2 Suites. The rooms were clean, and the bed was wonderful. I slept like a baby. If I am ever in this area again, I will for sure stay here.

The location is close to the Mall of Georgia, several restaurants, and other shopping places outside of the mall, and the breakfast buffet was rather enjoyable. I even received a complimentary soda from the front desk workers, who were all quite polite.

The hotel manager was really kind and she's full of warm hospitality. I bet her cosideration and warm heart made many costomers happy from the morning. The room was so comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk is very professional, from their dress to the way the speak to customers. I felt safe and like I was in a clean, well-cared for hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, and The ac worked wonderfully! The location is near shopping and restaurants in a safe part of town. If you are a female traveling alone, this is an excellent choice! I started out at another hotel in Cumming, but it smelled like chemicals in my room and random grubby-looking men were running around the lobby and in the parking lot…shouting.
