The staff were AMAZING!!! They spent lots of time with us to really help with our needs. They hand drew us maps, they helped us install apps on our phone so we could book our own transport. They helped us navigate apps to order meals to be delivered to the hotel. They supported our dietary requirements at breakfast. We stayed for nearly a week and staff even gave us lovely treats! Staff built relationships with their guests. I have never seen more amazing customer service. The rooms are VERY spacious with lots of places to spread your belongings out. The bathrooms also have plenty of room. There is a convenience shop across the road. It is a short drive/walk to the main street where there is local Thai food or a short taxi to an air-conditioned restaurant offering Thai food. The big Lotus shop is only a short taxi ride away.

Located in a convenient area of Ubon Ratchathani, Rapeepan Ville Hotel is just a 5-minute walk to a mini mart and supermarket. CentralPlaza Ubonratchathani is a 10-minute drive from the property.

Since my first visit, this hotel is my no.1 choice in Ubon. Safe and clean, kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Controlled access to the building and nice room with small balcony. Clean streets around and many street food shops very close to this place.

Really convenient location near the Ubon Ratchathani bus terminals and easy to find. Our room seemed like it was brand new, it was spotless. The lady at reception was super lovely and helped to organise a Taxi for us when checking out! We thought it was great value for what you get:) Thanks for having us!
