It was new and very clean. Breakfast was served in the room before we left for Machu Picchu which we thought was a lovely touch. Shower was amazing. if travelling with Inca rail. main office right next door

The staff at this hotel is absolutely professional and friendly. The tours that Jorge recommended us were also very good and he always wanted to know if we enjoyed it and if everything went according to plan. Karin was so sweet and always ready to offer some tea and help when we arrived at the hotel by evening time after long days exploring. Thank you Jorge and Karin and all the staff from the kitchen, cleaning services and reception, you were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was also very good. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from the main square by foot but in a quiet street. I would come back when in Cusco, no doubt in that.

Super nice place with such a lovely staff ! Especially Yoshi was so nice and gave me tips for my stay and what to do and to see! Great breakfast and very quiet even though it is 200 meters from the plaza de armas. Would absolutely recommend it!

The hotel is new, extremely clean and the service was impeccable. Right from the start when I made the reservation, manager Angel and his team immediately reached out to welcome me through WhatsApp and also arrange airport transfer and potential land tours. They were warm, welcoming and made me feel like home during my stay. Thank you Angel! Breakfast had a wide spread and I loved the coca tea that was offered in the lobby to aid with adjusting to the high altitude. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Cusco.

First of all, they offered a transport from the airport which was very convenient. When it comes to the location, the hotel is located a bit away from the center but it's not an issue -20mins walk, 5mins by taxi and there are lots of local and good restaurants around, at the same time it's quiet. Both hotel and the room itself was very clean, the bed was so big and comfy, we loved it! But the best part is the owners - the nicest people, we felt taken care of each day. You can get a coca tea for free for the altitude, the breakfasts are prepared freshly and were so yummy! And when you're going for a trip early in the morning, they will provide you with a 'take-out box' with some fruits, snacks and water. If you have questions or needs, they will surely try to help. We would surely stay there again. PS. You need to wait a little bit for a hot water to come, but it's there! :)

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Especially the bed was very nice. All necessary amenities were available. The room as well as the shared spaces were beautifully decorated. The location was very quiet and felt safe, yet, the historical center was near enough to walk to in 15 minutes. Above all else, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Alex went above and beyond to make our stay convenient, and even helped us by recommending restaurants and activities. I would rate this hotel a 11 if i could and I will absolutely recommend staying here.
