This is the second time we booked this motel for staying in Rotorua. We have booked the separate cottage in the motel, and we loved it. I am very happy with the services and location.

The B&B house was super clean, stylish decor and the facilities were great with a lovely large shared lounge and a large kitchen with everything you could need, Also provided a lovely continental breakfast which was well organised, and had everything you could want for breakfast. The bedroom had a nice clean ensuite bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were super crispy clean, also a nice sized TV in the bedroom. The host was super friendly and explained where everything was located, and the Lodge is located only a stones throw from Eat Street and the Lake Front and a short walk into town so central to everything, - Very impressed and will definitely be returning to Lakes Lodge B&B.

Liked the motel suited our neccesity close to pub and one nite stay. Full kitchen which was great. Friendly staff. It wasnt exceptional but convinient for our purpose. Definitely recommend.

stayed for one night. the man at the reception is very helpful, introduce good resturant to me and my partner. the room is small, but for 2 person, one night, it is good enough. it is very clean. location is at the heart of the city. i can see, the staff was working hard. it is very good, recommended.
