The space and size of the suite are incredibly large and spacious. It features a generous living area with a balcony, which we didn’t use due to the air pollution outside. However, the living room was extremely comfortable, perfect for watching TV, exercising, doing yoga, relaxing, or even taking a nap. The kitchen is spacious but has only the basics, suitable for preparing tea, coffee, or simple meals. We requested a French press at the reception to make coffee, and they provided it immediately. The bathroom is large, but there is no curtain or partition to prevent water from spreading across the floor when showering. However, there is hot water. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, but upon request, the reception brought one right away. The bedroom is incredibly cozy and inviting, with a very comfortable bed. You can choose between soft ambient lighting or brighter lights. The windows are soundproof, which is great since the room overlooks the street, but no noise can be heard inside. The room itself is also very spacious. We stayed on the third floor, and the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage up upon arrival and down upon departure. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious hot drink and a small welcoming ceremony, which made our stay feel even more special. One morning, they generously offered us a free tour of the more local, less touristy temples, and we absolutely loved experiencing the authentic atmosphere of the area. The best part? The service was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, served at the restaurant of the hotel across the street, The Nanee. The service and quality were excellent. We also had dinner there one evening, and everything was exquisite. Thank you!

Great location, nice room, clean, nice breakfast. Big rooftopterrace with views on town and Himalaya. Very nice staff, reception, kitchen and cleaning staff all as gentle. They even took a taxi with us to find our bus to Janakpur. And we received a gift when we left, very sweet!

Highly recommend! The bed was quite nice and comfortable. Room was realy clean with all necessities. The view from the terrace on the rooftop was amazing we loved spending time there. Breakfast was big and tasty. We had excellente communication with the host and he was very helpful. The location was good we really loved our stay.

A Hidden Gem in a quiet, Buddhist part of Kathmandu. I had the pleasure of staying at ViaVia Boutique Hotel during my recent trip to Kathmandu, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, stylish design, and peaceful atmosphere—a true oasis amidst the bustling energy of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with charming local touches. Everything was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details like eco-friendly toiletries and locally sourced decor that gave the space a unique, authentic feel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always friendly, helpful, and ready with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop terrace—it offers a serene view of the city and is the perfect spot to relax with a drink or enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Speaking of food, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with both local and international options, all freshly prepared and full of flavor. The location is ideal—close enough to major attractions like, yet tucked away just enough to provide a quiet retreat when you need it. I can only join the praise chorus about this place. A beautiful little hotel with good location (quiet yet central) good breakfast. The manager Hari is the kindness in person, always helpful but all the staff is nice and friendly too. The room is kept clean every day. Water is also refilled daily or you use the water dispenser in the lobby.Good Wifi.
