it was very clean, while in the jungle. Everything was also spacious, so it felt very comfortable to walk around and sleep inside the tent. The food made by Rosario was amazing and healthy!

First of all, exceptional staff. Very responsive with messages, but also kind and were very proactive in terms of helping track down our delayed luggage. Overall, fantastic value for the cost. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, taxis, the beach, ATMs, activity providers. Large room and lovely little pool for cooling off. Very much enjoyed the breakfasts that had enough diversity from day to day. Excellent coffee. Wonderful touch that filtered water was supplied. It was perfect for our stay.

The hotel is way more characterful than I expected. It's really beautifully done with lovely furnishings. There is also a big roof terrace with loungers that overlooks the mangroves and it feels very gorgeous and jungly. The location is just a few minutes from all the nice restaurants and the beach but it's quiet at night, we slept really well. The staff were lovely and friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Many thanks to a reception guy (sorry, I didn't ask his name) who was super friendly and nice! He explained me how to get back to Cancun by public transportation (it's a bit tricky) and even wrote instructions for me so that I wouldn't miss anything! It was very helpful! The location at the beach is perfect. The hotel was clean and rather calm, I enjoyed staying there for one night. The breakfast was available at the nearby restaurant, also at the beach, for 220 pesos: it included juice, coffee, fruits and a dish you can choose from the menu.

I run a housekeeping department myself back in England and from my point I can say the accommodation and all facilities on site are very, very clean. Reception, restaurant and bar staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very good location if you want to catch the bus to travel around the hotel zone and Cancun. Access to the beach is easy. The site itself is dated, but it's cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay there again next year.
