We were upgraded to Intercontinental wich is within the same group. Staff is very friendly, hospitality on a high level. Hotel itself is nice, clean, spa, pool as well. Breakfast and the staff serving it is superb. Katerina who is managing staff is great at doing her job and we felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed at the newly opened Aste Hotel and had a lovely experience overall. As the hotel is quite new, there are a few minor maintenance and finishing touches that could be improved - especially in the bathroom, where installing extra shelves and hooks would be useful. That said, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the standout features is the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the Maltese sunshine. The location is superb, making it easy to explore and get around. With a bit of fine tuning as the hotel finds its rhythm, Aste Hotel will be an even better place to stay. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it, especially for those looking for a central base in Malta.

Belcony Hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and carefully tidied up every day, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, full equipment (even separate washing and drying machine in each floor), kitchen and a lovely little balcony. The owner Luke is truly amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and had no issues whatsoever. The hotel is in a perfect central location in St. Julian’s, right next to the 24/7 grocery store (Spar) with great prices, very convenient! Air conditioning in the room made our stay super comfortable during hot days. Luke, especially thank you for giving us a late check-out, it made our last day and night flight home much much much easier and enjoyable. Everything was simply excellent, and we wholeheartedly recommend Balcony Hotel to anyone looking for a 10/10 TOP stay in Malta. Without a doubt we’d choose this hotel again!

Excellent hotel. Staff were always very friendly, the room was spacious, with a balcony and spotlessly clean and also cleaned every day. The hotel also has a lovely heated rooftop swimming pool. The location is fantastic. You are within walking distance to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Close to restaurants, in the city center. If you are looking for quiet, this is not the location for you. Bus stop across the street. Cleaning was done daily, towels changed as well if u needed to. We had an early flight and they offered to make us breakfast. Good coffeee machine!

    The location of the hotel is perfect for a young couple/group that would like to experience the night life of St. Julians. The room was very clean and the size is just fine, the housekeepers were also so friedly. The breakfast is minimal, but for the price and everything i think that thats not a problem. It was a good breakfast, the staff there is really friendly. I think that a lot of the people that left a bad review here forgot that this is a 3 star hotel (not 4 not 5), so for the standards of a 3 star hotel its very nice.

    Location was great, in the city centre, next to the bus station. The staff was really polite and helped us with a lot of things (luggage keep, printing cards for plane). During our stay the room was being cleaned.

    Location, very clean, staffs, nice balcony. In my opinion, breakfast was average of 3 stars hotels. It was much quieter even though it’s located very close to entertainment district. There is a supermarket near the hotel which opens also Sundays.
