The hotel is new and modern with spacious rooms and bathrooms. A view from the rooftop terrace over the harbour was breathtaking. Breakfast was rich and tasty with a lot dishes to choose from. Location is close to a harbour promenade with a lot of restaurants and cafes and some 20 minutes walk from the Point shopping mall. Bus stop to/from Valletta is around the corner.

The hotel is close to everything you need on vacation (sea, restaurants, shops, bus stops) and is located in a quiet area (side street). The breakfast is sufficient, high-quality and very varied. The apartment was fabulous, so spacious and we had 2 lovely balconies which both got the sun - one in the morning and one in the evening. Staff were so friendly and cleaned our room every day, replenishing our towels whenever we asked. A short walk to the marina with shops/restaurants nearby, and we had access to the rooftop pool in the nearby St Bayview hotel. The wifi was excellent and I was able to work remotely without any issues.

Everything is as described. Good value for money, clean, confortable, professional personnel, good breakfast, sauna, pool, rooftop terrace. Slower elevator, but there are stairs, too. Not sound proof, but it is not noisy at all. I would recommend and will be back.

Our room was one of the connecting rooms. One morning, the guests in the adjacent room forcefully tried to open our door and somehow managed to do so. When we reported the issue, the hotel manager Maria listened to us with great care and provided an effective solution. I would like to thank her in particular. I will definitely choose this hotel again during my next visit to Malta.

We recently stayed at the newly opened Aste Hotel and had a lovely experience overall. As the hotel is quite new, there are a few minor maintenance and finishing touches that could be improved - especially in the bathroom, where installing extra shelves and hooks would be useful. That said, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the standout features is the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the Maltese sunshine. The location is superb, making it easy to explore and get around. With a bit of fine tuning as the hotel finds its rhythm, Aste Hotel will be an even better place to stay. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it, especially for those looking for a central base in Malta.

    If a little monotonous, the breakfast was what you would expect for a 3-star hotel. The vegetarian options were limited, and having dried fruits to with the cereal would have been nice. The hotel is in a great location and was clean and modern and the rooftop pool and sun loungers were great. The staff were polite, efficient and helpful. The showers in the bathroom was nice and powerful.

    The location is very good, near restaurants and pubs. It's great that there is free entrance to Aqualuna and the jacuzzi on the 10th floor. The wellness area on the 8th floor is also nice, although small. Overall, I did not expect all this from a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

    For a 3 star hotel we had a very nice room, it was always clean and breakfast was very acceptable. The location is great and the perfect start for trips around the island!
