Very helpful staff and excellent service. I received a free upgrade upon arrival because my room was occupied, which was a pleasant surprise. Condiments were refreshed daily. The bed was clean, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience—especially impressive for a 3-star hotel!

Location is 5 mins away from the sea.front, and a 20min walk from the largest souk in Africa. Hotel is huge, there are two pools and a restaurant. The view from my 1st room was the pool but I had to move as the person above had a very loud blender, I only mentioned this to the staff and immediately was given a new room with a sea view and a floor where no one was above me - this now included many beautiful sunsets and honestly how incredible was this customer service!! The stay at the hotel, location but more importantly the staff from the Manager Jamal through to his staff all so welcoming, friendly, informative and so helpful that I've booked another stay. As they say actions speak louder than words:-) highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional location and I like the maze structure and the sentorini vibe. Its a very old property, the furninishing and washroom things were very old but functional (we took two rooms both met our expections). In both rooms we had a induction cooktop which worked and some basic utensils. Many people complained but we were here to chill and order food from outside, whatever was there was sufficient to make breakfast. The pool was very nice to me but it was quiet deep. The cleaning staff came multiple times and gave toilet papers, soaps and gels. Many cats roam around and some will come to your roam if you invite. So BIG PLUS FOR CAT LOVERS. They have a porter to take luggage, expect to pay some tips. I carried myself (there are a lot of stairs here and there so you have to be physically fit), I am not sure if they have wheelchair friendly rooms as I could not personally see. Also there is a childrens pool. Having said that you wont enjoy your honeymoon here(if you cant afford a resort in agadir, then just go to some other affordable place), but if your goal is to chill (its also walkable to the beach, and from my room window I could see the sunset in the sea the golden hour view was gorgeous). There is working refrigerator also so you can keep some perishable items as well. Each room has a wifi router but when i tried to connect with the password mentioned it did not work, may be some guest changed, I did not ask for help as I had orange and got the best reception here in all of morocco i travelled. (> 20mbps).

By far the best 3 star hotel I have stayed in Agadir. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Renovated room, big tv, good air-conditioning, always kept clean. Great friendly service.

The staff were amazing and friendly. The rooms were a great size and the bathroom too. Comfy beds and clean place.

Good location, especially for visitors with car. Parking on the street, but secure and free.
