Everything was perfect. Lovely staff. The room was very clean, had everything you could want - and some luxuries like fresh daily fruit, a Massive bathroom, and 3 Even an exercise bike! The commute to the university was easy and free by bus. The proprietor went out of her way to make my stay perfect.

Our room was spacious, and modern, the bathroom was amazing ! The owner Pesquali was very very friendly and welcoming, he allowed us to check in substantially earlier than usual and took a genuine interest in our visit and experience. The hotel also doubles as a fine restaurant and the food is fantastic ! Pizza and steak was supremo. Will be returning again if we attend another gig in ROCKHAL.

Simple but big, clean and comfortable room, exactly what you want and where you pay a fair price for after a long drive. Bed was pure comfort! Staff was amazing, helpfull and really very friendly. Did not except this kind of hospitality to be honest, really great appriciate that. Many(!) luxury hotels I stayed at can learn a lot from this place!!!!

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Stylish and quirky with super friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights at Mama Shelter and loved our stay! The beds are super comfy with spacious rooms. Every detail has been thought through and customised for a fun unique experience. The variety of free movies available in rooms was fantastic, we watched a movie both nights in bed which was nice. Easily access the T1 tram from the hotel just a short walk away. Highly recommend!
