The place is exactly like in the pictures, very well maintained. The room is huge and comfortable and everything works fine. The personnel is great, always smiling and very helpful. Food is good and the breakfast which is included in the price is a proper meal. It is possible to pay by card which is great.

We loved everything about this place. We booked the new family room with private pool. Its very generous in size, very clean and the pool is great. The room is perfectly equipped for a family stay. Breakfast was great too. We had a great time staying here and will be back next time we visit Sri Lanka.

Very clean and tidy! The swimming pool was amazing! Also the owner and workers were very polite. The place was incredible. Is a little far from the restaurants but is offset by good menu prices.

It is a brand new family run Hotel in an ideal location, very close to the Sigiriya Lion Rock. The rock is visible from the hotel! Lovely owner/ family were very attentive to all our requests. They even arranged a superb safari for us on request. Very safe for solo/ female travellers as well. Mr. Asanka deserves special mention as the chef. His Sri Lankan dishes are a must try! Well worth the price! Will definitely come back!
