Our second stay at Sayura book-ended our SL tour - a great choice for this. Gamini (Manager) is an amazing host, room great value for money, clean and well-maintained. We ate at @Pokebowl65 and enjoyed our dinner too. Easy access by car and tuktuk - would definitely return if we come back to Colombo. Highly recommend.

24h reseption. Good location and very friendly staff. Free coffee and tee. Airport transfer for 6000 rup including tol was super easy to book from reseption and driver was on time. Trip took only about 30min to airport.

Exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was exactly as advertised, and the reception team kindly walked me through it upon request. Perfectly located in the heart of Colombo, with a variety of restaurants on doorstep and Union Place Keells just a short stroll away. I was truly impressed by the staff – especially the manager at the front desk. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to all our wishes. We were even able to extend our room for a few extra hours without any issues, which we really appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and such a heartfelt reception – it made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We also had a small issue with our transport to the next destination, but the hotel kindly let us stay and wait comfortably until our van arrived. Throughout our entire stay, they made sure we felt completely cared for and comfortable. This kind of service and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. If we return to the area, we would absolutely stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
