The breakfast was good and the host was very kind and helpful. The setting was tranquil, very close to the station but away from the bustle of the town a short tuk tuk ride away.

Amazing hotel with such a friendly staff. We loved our stay! The beds are very comfortable, hot water and daily cleaning. The breakfast was also very nice with fruits. The food from the restaurant was also good. The view from the rooftop was lovely for sunsets. The tuktuk to go in the center of Kampot was only 2$.

Perfect and luxurious hotel in very good location in Kampot! Excellent service and spacious room was perfectly clean and quiet. Included very good breakfast. Excellent beds and shower. Very good even in western standards. Would stay again!

A very nice hotel that shares a common area with the Managne Residence and Managne Regency hotels. Green and beautiful territory, although not large. There is parking. Very friendly staff. We were checked into the room as soon as we arrived (at 11.30). The room is spacious, bright with comfortable and new furniture, decorated in a beautiful style. Wide bed, comfortable mattress. There is coffee, tea, a kettle, dishes, a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathrobes, soap, a toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a bathtub, hot water, a hairdryer, slippers. Good internet, a large TV with YouTube. A balcony with a view of the mountains (the room was on the third floor). There are also two swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop with delicious coffee. You can rent a motorbike for $7 per day. They cleaned every day, the hotel was almost empty, so it was quiet and peaceful.The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) to the Kampot railway station, which was convenient for us, because we arrived by train.

The room was lovely, clean and perfectly presented. The sheets were of excellent quality and the towels were perfect. The view across the river from our private balcony was so enjoyable at the end of the day. The pool area with the sun beds was nicely set out with nice gardens with towels on hand to use. It’s a short walk to the town where all the bars and restaurants were or you could get a Tuk Tuk for a dollar.

Rikitikitavi is extremely well located in Kampot. Right on the river with a great bar you can watch the sunset / life go by. The staff were excellent and we were impressed with their flexibility when we wanted to change plans at the last minute - thank you. Breakfasts were fabulous! Loads of choice and great to have breakfast with a view of the river. When we left, I received a message from the manager as I had left something behind. Fortunately we managed to get someone to pick it up and deliver to our onward destination. All in all, you cannot beat the location, value for money and the food is also fabulous! Thanks for a great stay!

This is a lovely property in an excellent location. We loved our room and the welcome message spelled out on the bed upon our arrival. The towels folded into the shape of elephants were just adorable! The jungle shower was awesome and the on-site pool provided much needed refreshment in the hot Kampot weather. The sfaff at Hotel Five.S are amazing and a credit to their employer - so so sweet and helpful, we could not have asked for better hosts!

    The location is outside of the city Center - so it is quite and relaxing. They have a natural Pool where you can swim (colder than outside but still warm). The room was big and really nice for making your own meals. You have everything you need for cooking + Salt and Pepper. The AC is not that strong but in combination with a Fan good. The bathroom is small but good. You can refill your water for free which is really good.

    Everything was great! Location, hosts, calmness, being alongside the river, nature, sunset viewpoints, food, recommendations and more!! We felt right at home. Whether you are looking for a budget bungalow or a bungalow with balcony and amazing views, they have got it all and are very flexible to accommodate their clients. The road leading to the city center has just been finished so it's now a smooth 15mins motorcycle ride away. Overall one of our best stay! Thank you so much
