The proximity to Nagasaki (Omura) airport was an important factor. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was simple and comfortable with all you might need for a stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, staff is friendly too. There are vending machine for re-heat food, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and unlimited coffee at the lobby. There is a nice cafe in front of the hotel where we had light breakfast. We had a wonderful stay!

The location was perfect for my needs. My check in was smooth and the hotel was as I expected. In some of this type of hotels there are some restrictions on leaving your room but this one was perfect for my needs.

Very nice ryokan. In addition to the two indoor public baths, there was a shuttle bus to an outdoor onsen 10 minutes away that was just fantastic, in the woods and on a small river. The room was very nice, the dinner was a fantastic kaiseki and also the breakfast was excellent.
