The view from our room was breathtaking and the indoor and outdoor private onsen was such a treat! The customer service was excellent from the time we arrived - Kaede and the team went the extra mile many times to make our stay very comfortable.

The onsen was really nice. Overall, the hotel room was in perfect condition. The hotel's location wasn't too far from the train station. The complimentary nighttime noodles were a lovely gesture. Breakfast was great, too. I would come to Morioka again, just to stay here!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and modernized building. Great traditional Japanese breakfast. Perfect location . Has a small personal feel, right down to the quaint old school elevator.

The staff speaks English. I stayed a week there all staff are extremely nice. Parking is next to entrance and a lot is reserved for me. I requested not to change towel and daily room cleaning, they still provide water to me on daily basis. Breakfast is great and change every other day. I didnt loom for hotel next to train station as I drive, the nearby is great

Convenient location not far from the rock-splitting sakura, Morioka castle park, and within walking distance to most places we wanted to visit in Morioka. Parking available for additional 1100 yen/24hr, we had to leave our car keys at the reception as the parking space in front of the hotel is limited and the cars must be rearranged according to departure plan. Very accurately executed, kudos. We could also see Iwatesan from the window.
