Breakfast was great! You could have the usual Japanese breakfast in rice, miso soup, fish, or you could opt for bread and salad. The onsen facilities were great as well! I definitely would come back here if I were to be in Mishima again. Plus it’s also only a 5 min walk from the JR station

The villa was beautiful, and the view was incredible looking over Lake Ashi and Hakone. It was amazing to see Mt Fuji from the dining able and top deck. The sauna and jacuzzi were great touches, the air conditioning was easy to use and change, and the wooden bath was very relaxing. It was great to be able to use the washing machine facilities half way through our holiday.

We rented a premium room and it’s extremely cozy and well equipped. The bunk beds are double, very comfy. It also has private bathroom. The view from the room is beautiful and the lounge area of the hotel is lovely. We also had drinks at the bar and they were very good.

Location was good. Didn't eat the breakfast there but everything was very clean. Room was small but cozy. Bathroom was a decent size. Environmental controls worked perfect. Staff was polite.

    The hotel's location was fantastic. It was very close to the station which made our logistics a bit better. Breakfast was also included with coffee and juices. Welcome drinks were also provided upon check in. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious compared to all other hotels we stayed at during trip to Japan.

    The location so close to the main station/bus terminal and the city center is perfect. The room is modern, well-equipped and comes with a comfortable mattress as well as a nice bathroom. The SPA area/Onsen bath in the 12 floor is so relaxing and has great view at the Mt. Fuji. They offer so many free amenities such as ice cream pops, massage chairs, midnight ramen, welcome snacks and many more. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in a little bit earlier.
