Breakfast has a good spread. Dinner buffer (extra cost) was good as well. Free transportation from Komagane JR station to the resort was great as well.

We arrived by bicycle and asked what we should do with the bikes. The staff gave us a bigger room so we could take our bikes in with us. Top service, always friendly. The food in the restaurant is filling and tasty. Nothing special but it was good. Breakfast mainly japanese but very good.

The hotel is a hidden gem. The facilities were outstanding, the western-style room was very spacious, hotel’s onsen was 10/10. Everything was perfectly clean and neat and the staff most helpful. We traveled as a couple and enjoyed our one-night stay very much.
