Location was perfect, close to Hirome Market, shops and restaurants. Great base to move around Kochi. Rooms were of a good size. Bed was very comfortable. Everything worked well. Staff were polite and spoke English.

Wonderful Ion onsen with a silky feel on the skin. Plenty of modern facilities. Breakfast was basic but free! Welcome bar with local sake was a great touch. Room door code system works well. Staff friendly, location convenient. However, they made a mistake on our booking, one bed when we booked for two. They quickly changed it and gave us a fresh towel but seemed like they thought it was my mistake, because they said "same price".
