    The hotel location is in a quiet street close to train station, shopping street, and the main tourist attractions. The staff, although not particular fluent in English, was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel buffet was also good. It is also close to KIX airport and suited us to catch an early morning flight.

    There were a few extras with this that I wasn’t aware of when booking. Great little surprise. I chose this for it’s location near the airport and I would totally use it again. Very new hotel and very good stuff.

    Very good - What previous guests thought, 721 reviews
    Location was fantastic. Room was on the comfort floor and it had some nice extra features. Staff were great and included breakfast options were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again if arriving or departing from Kansai International airport. Very quiet in the room but the restaurant was busy in the mornings.

    really good location, quite close to station, but the room was noisy as it faces to the station side, hope to live opposite room next time. also the public bath place is really good.

    Great location right next to Station on airport line. Very good value and a varied breakfast included. I had a good night's sleep in preparation for my onward flight. There are local shops and bars if needed.

    The room is not very big, but it equipped with all the facilities and especially the bathroom come with bathtub and all the necessity..in two sets for both gender . impressed.. The location is near to train station and some tourist spot.. Highly recommend for this hotel, value for money
