Serene & affordably priced stay in wonderful little hot springs town. Excellent breakfast, wonderful onsen. Loved the sake bar on site & private nooks to read, sip sake, etc. Great location to explore the little bakeries & area around the hotel. Staff were excellent (spoke no english but this is normal). Loved the welcome drinks and the main room with board games. Very social yet tranquil and considerate space. Room was very warm, perhaps a little small but thats fine. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

The receptionist who checked us in was so friendly, and the hotel is super clean, had a little tub in the shower, beds were comfy for me, pillows were not bad I still had a good sleep. I usually wear an earplug to sleep but the two nights we stayed I never wear them cus the location, altho it's in between odori and susukino, it was sooo quite.

Excellent location near the subway and main intersection of Susukino. The room is very well equipped, comfortable and ideal for resting. Staff provided me with all the information I needed and were very thoughtful with my requests. Definitely recommended!

Facilities provided were great we didn't even know they had an onsen till we got there which was lovely. Room was spacious and we also didn't realise we would he getting individual beds which was another added win after a long 24 hours of travel. Staff where kind and welcoming and everything was clean tidy and in good working condition
