Everything was really awesome! I think you get the best value for money if you book during the week (cheaper) and without private bath. Because the shared onsen can be reserved for one hour and it's made out of Fuji volcanic stones (so much better than wood barrels), it's generous in space and really enjoyable. I loved it! Staff was kind, the room was spacious, futon enjoyable and close to everything. Moreover you can rent a bike and play ping-pong. Breakfast was ok too.

The location is perfect for exploring the area around Mt. Fuji, with easy access to Honcho old town, Lake Kawaguchi, and the beautiful Kitaguchi Sengen Jinja Shrine surrounded by tall ancient trees. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved being able to see Mt. Fuji right from my window. A calm and relaxing place to stay.

The house is easily located and also close to restaurants and mall. The house is very spacious, well maintained and clean. The stay is super comfortable and the washer dryer is also doing great help for us during our stay! We have only 4 ppl, can’t really utilise all the rooms in the house😅
