Absolutely wonderful place with a great Onsen infrastructure. Breakfast was fantastic. I feel really sorry we didn’t have dinner there, especially as we were having a hard time finding a place to eat that wasn’t already fully booked. But I have to add that we traveled during high season, so that certainly didn’t play in our favor.

We stayed here for one night on a bikepacking trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and it was really cool that it was in a shipping container! You also get a free ready-meal with a variety of choices, which was an unexpected bonus!

All the meals were outstanding! Beautifully presented and delicious. Almost too beautiful to eat! The houses are one-of-a-kind and the setting is idyllic. The atmosphere was very calming, everything looked fancy. There were free drinks. The buffet diner and breakfast were absolutely amazing. The onsen were beautifull. Shuttle bus from nagiso to the hotel was very convenient.
