The location is very nice for someone who doesn't want to be close to traffic but still would like to visit the city center: It's nearby some nice restaurants with reasonable prices as well good gelato place on foot, tobaco shop (which you need to buy transport tickets as well), tram and bus stations towards the city center, also near supermarkets and nice bakeries.
