Best Stay Ever! I had the most amazing experience at Pride Hotel & Restaurant! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were spotless, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was truly 5-star. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels perfect — but this is it. At this point on our month-long travels in India we needed a little more comfort and Clover Inn definitely delivered on this front. Excellent, western style hotel in an extremely quiet neighbourhood (after a month in India you come to appreciate just how important that is), comfy beds, great facilities, extremely sweet and polite staff. Most importantly - unlimited supply of scalding hot water in the shower no matter what time of day or night - bliss. The owners Jyoti and Shishu and their daughter Minal looked after us like we were part of the family. They bent over backwards and were incredibly sweet and helpful with arranging lifts, itineraries and any little thing we needed or asked about. The home cooked food was also excellent and very reasonably priced. We loved staying here, we felt valued and cared for and can't but recommend the place.

We stayed at this guesthouse for three nights, and it truly felt like home – I gained a brother in Pappu, and the entire experience felt like being part of a family. The guesthouse is impeccably clean, and the food is outstanding, freshly prepared by Pappu’s amazing mother. Pappu went above and beyond to take care of every detail for our onward journey, gave us a wonderful city tour of Udaipur, and shared a breathtaking sunset at Tiger Lake with us. One evening, we even cooked together, and he generously shared his culinary skills with me – a memory I’ll cherish forever. Both my father and I agree: in our seven weeks of traveling through Nepal and India, we have never felt so comfortable and well taken care of in any guesthouse. Pappu has a heart of gold, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Udaipur. This is hands down the best guesthouse and service you’ll find in the city.
