Caring, friendly hostess. Cathy does everything to make guests stay as comfortable as possible. Attention to details. Very cosy cottage, clean, comfortable, very quiet. The best breakfast in Ireland. Shops and restaurants are 15 min walk away. But the stroll is very agreable. Parking. Wifi. Lots of tips for tourists.

The hotel staff and the staff at the bar and restaurant was very friendly and helpful! We also got a free upgrade to a better room which was a nice plus :) They made sure that we always had fresh coffee and black tea in the morning and clean sheets :) It is only a 15-20 Minute walk to the city centre of Killarney and there is plenty of room at the car park in front of the hotel. The dinner we had was excellent, especially the dessert (Trifle) and the Pub belonging to the hotel was very cosy :)

Lovely hotel me and my husband and kids stayed there and the hotel and staff were very kid friendly which some hotels are not very reasonable price for superior family room 259 where other places were between 500 and 600 would definitely recommend this hotel for price and family stays

The house and room are very beautyfull and clean. You also can use the outdoor summer cabin. Breakfast was outstanding. If you have to leave earlier you get a take away breaky. Awesome! Location is quiet and 15-20min walk away from town center. Free and easy parking! Highly recommended!

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Very pleasant receptionist and barman. The food was lovely and the service was fast and reliable. Check-in was easy. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and spacious with plenty of towels and a clean bathroom. Cannot fault this hotel at all.
