I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in February. The location is perfect, especially for those visiting the hospital across the street. Our ferry was very late, requiring special instructions. We were very stressed, but reception was so kind and clear over the phone and via email. She even went up early with our room key to start the AC. Because we were so late, she offered us a later checkout. The triple room was exactly what we needed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious!

The cleaning is optional, the room is bigger than what you expect, the stuff are amazing, the breakfast is decent and the bed is really comfortable. Bus stop just behind the hotel and nice restaurants around the area of Rio.
