Breakfast was an excellent addition...varied and tasteful with excellent coffee. room was a good size but would really have appreciated a small bar fridge, but was not the end of the world.....

Stunning location close to harbour in walking distance of shops, cafes & restaurants. Surrounded by beautiful architecture and a very pretty property in itself. The staff are lovely- really helpful & accommodating.

The location. On corner across putting green etc to the beach. Lovely walk along the cliffs towards Westgate, taking in the sunken gardens. Or head to Margate beside the beach in the other direction. Shops in westbrook are an easy walk. The hosts. They were just lovely, friendly but not intrusive. The decorations very quirky (I stayed just before Halloween) which gave a personal touch, after all - you are staying in a family home. The dining room had quality chairs dating back to previous owners in the 1970s if I remember correctly. There are options for en suite or a shared bathroom, which is a real hark back to earlier times, which I was quite happy with.
