The room was well isolated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The heat was on and with a perfect temperature. Although the reception was not in the house it was pretty near and the staff was very welcoming. The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the central station.

We had two rooms, the first was fine but the second had a bad smell. The manager dealt with the problem quickly and professionally and provided us with an exceptionally good alternative. We were extremely pleased with how things turned out.
