The property was very well kept, quiet and serene! Nestled in the woods. Sheila was a lovely host. Extremely informative and so friendly and warm. Breakfast was wonderful and the accommodations were spacious. Everything was very clean and despite the cold weather, the heater made it so warm inside. I will be going back. X

Great experience from start to finish. Duncan is an excellent host. Very friendly and genuine. Couldn’t do enough for myself and my friend who had travelled up from Livingston for the game in Dingwall. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and spacious.
