I booked this for my frail 84 year old mother in law, even though the hotel was really busy the check in staff were very kind and really helped to make sure that the special access room was OK, and actually left the front desk to go with her

The check-in staff, the cleaning staff....everyone was superb. They were professional, yet very welcoming and friendly. The room was superb. Fantastic bed. Excellent working area. Lovely bathroom.
