The rooms are very nice and tidy, and they are located nicely next to the pool. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very efficient and helpful, especially mister Ahmed Abdelnaby. Overall a great hotel I would highly recommend.

This place is beautiful! Great location in the middle of everything. The room is very basic, perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly, food options were also great. The best part besides the location is the outdoor area with the pool and seating. The scenery is really nice. The place has a great atmosphere.

The room I stayed in had a beautiful balcony looking over the pool, the room it self was clean with house keeping attending to it everyday. All staff were very friendly and helped with anything I needed, I used the pool and out door area every morning, the pool is very clean they play music and have water activities, great atmosphere and vibes! You can order drinks or food while outside on your sun bed. Had breakfast daily at the hotel bar & everything they served was delicious! Location is good 10min walk from beach and everything else is near

Hotel is very nice and staff is extremely polite. I booked only accommodation with breakfast, however it is possible to upgrade to all-inclusive and purchase drinks from the bar. Pool is available, however weather was a bit chilly and not good for swimming. Hotel is providing taxis, and there are also taxi drivers available in front of the hotel so it is very easy to move around the city. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was tasty, buffet-style, and restaurant&bar staff is very helpful and professional. There is a free shuttle to beach with free entrance, and much prettier Reef beach (buy ticket at the reception as they are cheaper) is some 10 minutes away from the hotel.
