Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and owner,they makes our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,activities,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance, we became even Drinks and Treats from the Owner for free, Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! 1. The staff is very customer oriented and will do everything to satisfy your desires. 2. The food is good, a lot of variety and tasty, the restaurants are split in different rooms, so no crowd. 3. The animations are great with a great team. 4. The animation team do not bother you if you do not want to join the activities. 5. The rooms are clean, well maintained with outstanding mattresses. 6. The swimming pool is heated and with enough lounges. 7. Huge area along the sea with a lot of lounges in a quiet environment. 8. Magnificent gardens 9. Since the moment we stepped into the resort the friendly staff started helping us with everything especially mohammed yousef and ahmed in the reception. Not only the m but a nice blonde half swiss and half Egyptian lady, who we forget catch her name, made sure that we are fully comfortable and happy with our stay. The location is another good aspect of the place not only does it have a private beach with people serving you with food and drinks throughout the day but it also has 2 pools so you can choose where to swim from the variety of options . Not only that but i was really impressed with the unique and exceptional decor and design of the buildings that aren't normally found, increasing your feeling of relaxation and happiness during your stay. The resort also entertained us with different activities throughtout the day . And had different facilities accommodating to our different interests and needs.
