It was near the airport, we where taking a early flight so we stay here to avoid citi traffic and loosing time and waking too early either, so it was perfect.

Very nice, functional, clean apartment, very close to Duarte with restaurants and clubs and to the beach. Michele is a perfect host, very helpful and courteous. He gave me so many useful advices for my stay, I thank him very much. I recommend Recidencial Mignoli to everyone, I will definitely return, you can't choose anything better in Boca Chica. Loved how close and accessible to the beach it is, and the fact that it is inexpensive. To be fair, it looks like the hotel changed owners recently and they are doing some changes and renovations, but it has lots of potential! The bathroom inside the room seemed to be recently renewed and it was spacious and modern looking. The room we stayed in was also spacious. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant.

Everything was nice, however, i didn't use the pool nor room because i was invited somewhere else hahaha
