A great small hotel which is extremely comfortable, and where they do everything right. Amazing staff, excellent management, good location within walking distance of plateau, and a very nice and relaxing breakfast on the top floor terrace. Very helpful with my transportation. Reasonably priced. They make guests feel welcome. My highest recommendation.

The location is excellent when using a rental car because it is easy to make a righthand turn into a parking lot - not disturbing impatient cars behind. And car rental on Santiago Island can be recommended because of amazing scenerey and good hiking possibilities....

I had a great stay at Hotel Santa Maria in Praia. The hotel is very well situated, close to everything you might need, and offers all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
