This was one of the most beautiful surroundings I’ve stayed in (booked 217 locations on Booking) because of the garden and the view on the Vulcano as well as the location of the pool. It was not very busy, lots of parking space, no noice of other people and only a few near the pool. we could enjoy several animals near the pool like reptiles 🦎 and Toucans and Hummingbirds. We were really able to relax here. It’s only a short drive from the center and the breakfast was fine. The shower and bed were fine. Space enough in the room and the climate control worked fine too.

I hope my feedback works for you. People who genuinely care about giving you good service. Splendid hygiene (I usually pre-warm the bed, and everything is in order). Old house and installation but they are attentive, you will not find the latest technology and luxury handrails but everything is functional and decorated with tasteful taste. We were my husband and my teenage children, also in other rooms friends of many years and have good opinion. Prices neither high nor low, I think they are fair. Breakfast 9 different alternatives, for a small hotel I think it is fantastic. It is appreciated. It is a la carte. From 7 am to 9 30 am. We asked the last day 10 minutes in advance to take away and there was no problem. The activities we were not sure in the world the hotels be more expensive but has menu in the rooms and previous you get and we could verify the vast majority had favorable special prices, the young lady explained to me that they have strived to be orderly with their finances and enter into some alliances what they are entitled to benefit the guest and encourage their reservations, and at the same time earn, always support in our locality local and family trade, it is important for responsible economy. I thought the waste was not organized but there was a truck removing plastics and other separation separation do it individually, it would be easier for them that guests do it thanking the recommendation.

The hotel is just perfect in every way, the stuff are so kind and helpfull, the guy that served in the restaurant is awesome and so kind! The room was very big with two double beds and clean. The pool area was great. The restaurant had amazing views of the volcano and there were many birds in the morning at the bird feeders the stuff put up. The locacition is perfect, 5 min walk from "the center", but hidden and sorounded by nature, it felt like being in the jungle. They also have amazing gardens where you can see many animals. They offer a lot of tours much cheaper than in other places and also tickets to the attractions in La Fortuna at cheaper prices than at the entrance. Sloth tour with Armando is a must, he is such a kind bloke, and very dedicated. The tour was supposed to be 1.5 h long, but we stayed for 3 whole hours. And he even took us around the hotel gardens at night on a night walk for free 3 nights in a row, it just doesn't get better than that! Thank you, Armando! I just cannot recommend this hotel enough, everything was just perfect!

    Fantastic location—close to the city center yet free from noise and traffic. The views of the volcano from both the room and the hotel are spectacular. We loved having our own private pool! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking tours and ensuring we had the best experiences. Although there's no on-site restaurant, the staff recommended excellent nearby dining options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting La Fortuna! I will definitely go back :)

    The location was very good, 20 min drive from Mistico park and 10 min drive from the city center. The view is amazing, you can see the vulcano from your bed. Lots of trees around the bungalow, we could watch the birds right from our porch. The staff was super nice and helpful.

    Fantastic location in central La Fortuna. A couple of blocks from everything. Clean room with adequate bathroom with a good shower. Air con. Fantastic buffet style breakfast. Nice pool is a bonus. Great value for money. We stayed in some nice budget places in Costa Rica and this was possibly the best value
