Not in the city centre, but in a quiet and safe area. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfasts prepared by a very nice girl. If you are tired, you can relax by or in the pool - larger than I expected. Definitely the best price-quality ratio.

Mito Casa Hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Baquedano Metro Station, which makes getting around super easy. It’s also really close to main attractions like the Bellavista neighborhood, the Santiago Funicular, and Santa Lucía Hill. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. Every night when I came back to the hotel, we would chat about my day, which made me feel very welcome. :) The rooms were spotless, and the whole place had such a cozy, home-like vibe.

The two young men that looked after reception are exceptional and all the other staff also very good from cleaning staff through to the people working in the kitchen Obviously the owner runs a very good business but has installed into his staff a very professional but friendly way of working Seriously if you are looking for a place to stay this hotel is very underrated in my opinion well worth 9 star due to the friendly welcome you get Thank you and if I get back to Santiago i will stay with you again
