I have reduced mobility, which requires special accommodations, and I was delighted to find that everything was perfectly arranged for my comfort. What particularly impressed me was the proactive and continuous communication from the hotel. The staff sent multiple messages before my arrival, confirming all details and addressing any possible concerns I might have. They even called me at the exact time I had requested to ensure everything would go smoothly. This level of dedication and care is something I truly appreciate. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and assisted with the check-in process. The receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and professional, personally ensured that I was settled comfortably in my room. The room itself was elegant, well-equipped, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere, while the bathroom was modern and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was another highlight, generously prepared and tailored to my dietary needs. Every small detail was considered, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of hospitality. This hotel is very close to the airport, they offer shuttle service. The staff was nice, helpful and professional. Since this was a business trip, I later needed an official receipt of my reservation and they helped me getting it, the communcation with them was easy and fast. Absolutely recommended place.

Quite near to the airport, the room was well maintained and clean. We were there only for one night, and it was good place to stay especially if you reach Zurich late and would like to relax and leave early in the morning to other places.

The staff, the room. the location, the breakfast - everything was nice. The hotel is close to the lake and the center - only a 10 minutes walk.

Nice and new hotell, has everything you need in the area. close to supermarkets, A lot of restaurants and transportation systems. Parking in the basement.

Was a great location. The staff was fantastic. I loved breakfast it was a lot of choices. My dog was with me. So both of us enjoyed our stay.

Easy electronic check-in and key drop checkout. Location is perfect, close to the train station and a bunch of restaurants. Rooms are on a smaller size, but conveniently equipped.

I can be a clean freak and the room was spotless. It is so important to me. Very comfortable room, had all it needed, easily accessible and helpful lovely staff. Kitchen staff went out of the way to prepare vegan breakfast for me.. thank you very much ♡ I felt very looked after.

I would like to leave a review about our superfine stay in Hotel Hottingen in Zürich. I travel a lot, that's why I can definitely say that this time I have been amazed by the quality of the service provided: according to all criteria — location, the district itself, friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room — the hotel gets 10 out of 10. - The location: it is a very important point. Zürich is a big city, and for us it was vital to find a hotel close to the main railway station — and not on a very noisy street. Hotel Hottingen is 15-20 mins walk from the station, also you can reach it by a tram, the tram stop is very close to the hotel. Speaking about the city centre and main sights like old town, Lindenhof, impressive churches (I personally recommend to explore their exterior and interior), it will be easy to reach it on foot, especially if you like to walk. - In our room we had everything we needed: we had a a kettle, tea and coffee amenities, a well-equipped bathroom. Moreover, on every floor you can find a mini kitchen, where you can warm up food in the microwave / cook something if you want. - I would like to thank the hotel managers who were in touch with us for every request we had :) On the day of arrival the hotel managers told us about nearest sights, hotel services and supermarkets. Near the reception one can also find coffee, tea, juice and water (and swiss chocolates :)) at any time for free. - We ordered breakfasts, and they were excellent and fresh. Besides the standard breakfast dishes like omelette, wonderful cheeses and so on, we got a chance to taste fruits, bakery (freshly baked bread was fantastic!) everything was soo delicious :) To sum up, we had a wonderful time in Zürich in this hotel. The stay in Switzerland was so brilliant that we were very sad to leave. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
