The public kitchen is big and equipped with a complete set of tools you can use. Like all kinds of glasses, dishes, utensils, pots, and even an oven. Best shared kitchen I ever seen. Plus the Mountain view outside the window is invincible, if you are looking for a lifestyle vacation in the area, this is your best choice. The balcony is also HUGE. We bought groceries from coop and made ourself a simple meal on the balcony and it was AMAZING!

I have booked a room with balcony. Our room was on 4th floor, and balcony facing the train station. However, the views from our balcony was stunning!!!! The room design was so warm and cozy. Coffee machine with capsule coffees were provided. Bathroom seemed like newly renovated. Body lotion, shampoo and conditioner were provided. This is really nice! Also the small sponge for cleaning our shoes was there. Every small details was just perfect. Breakfast was amazing and really delicious. There were different types of delicious breads and croissants, also we were served by our favourite types of coffee. The scrambled eggs was super delicious and well cooked. It's the best that I have ever had amongst the hotels I have been to. I will definitely stay here if I come back to Grindelwald again.

The staff over here are exceptional. My biggest thanks to Simona working there. She was the best and made the whole experience of staying there wonderful. She makes sure that every person who stays there is having a good time. She takes care of everyone like a family and speaks with warmth. If the management is reading this you should really appreciate her personally. She was excellent. Also excellent ladies at the reception. They are so welcoming and kind. This is what I look for in a perfect hotel.

    The hotel is located quite far from Grindelwald (centre), so it's a reasonable solution if you travel by car. The hotel and restaurant staff is very friendly. The 3 stars of the place match the quality here. The views from the hotel room are really great. Overall quite nice stay and good value for money.
