Everything was amazing. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.

Exceptional view over Lugano; friendly, professional staff; premises slightly old fashioned yet all modern conveniences were present; very, very well maintained, clean and cosy. Room had a huge balcony overlooking the lake and the town with an area in front of the windows with a sofa where you could sit down and relax. Very silent location. Free parking space.

Room was very spacious and lightful thanks to enormous, floor to ceiling windows. Furniture was simple but comfortable. There was a large furnished balcony in my room. Everything was sparkling clean both in the room and in common areas. The hotel is well maintained, and hosts are very friendly, helpful, positive and welcoming. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and at the same time historical center is accessible on foot. Tea and coffee are available for free at any time. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and included really good selection of cheese and ham, wide range of fresh fruits, freshly boiled eggs, home-made cake, yogurt, various muesli, juice, tea and coffee, yummy bread, nuts, honey, jams etc.

    We came a third time at the lovely villa. Location is very nice, garden is great and pool is a beauty. Historical building is very beautiful, 80-ies interior can use some freshing-up but has nice character. Breakfast is nearly perfect. Parking is good and practicle, very nice for a one-day stop on route or for a short stay on lake Lugano. Rooms are good. Large bed, good bathroom, interior is basic but good enough.
