The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. The parking staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast decent. Could be better. A suggestion: all fruits must be peeled, especially papaya because people who have some type of mobility have more difficulty peeling fruits without helping.

There was a pretty bad smell outside the hote due to a sewer canal close by. No smell inside but it was not a good impression coming out of the car.

Hotel Natur is surrounded by tropical gardens and located near the long, white sandy beach between Campeche and Joaquina Morro das Pedras. The centre of Florianópolis is 15 kilometres away.

absolutely loved the place - I had the impression they really do care about their guests, friendly staff, possibility to keep the bags, great breakfast even with gluten free options, nice rooms, clean and nice. I was traveling alone and couldnt have felt safer - would definitely stay again.
