Lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The tram is outside the door making it very accessible to the centre. I would stay here again

Close to tram. friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast and ok evening meals - reheated in the oven. Supermarket close as well. Right at th e main attractions and boat ride easy walk.

The staff was very receptive of my requests and got a lovely huge room to our surprise; high ornamented ceiling with a view of the castle Gravensteen. The breakfast had variety of options. Me and my 5 year old loved it.

The breakfast was good, it could have been a little more diversified in the sense of introducing fried sausages, fried eggs, cream sausages. Cleanliness, staying only one day, we know that it was very clean when we came.
