The staff was very helpful. I called before arrival and ask for a room with a bathe tub and when I arrived the receptionist told me they received my request and they had given me a room with a bathe tub. The room was so clean and the products amazing and small so good. I had a long day of travelling 1nd I was gonna have another long day again and they instructed us about the bus shuttle before arrival and upon our arrival. 100% loved this hôtel.

The assistance and care we received was excellent! Benny responded promptly (on a Saturday evening!) to my requests and helped us with the problem we faced. All information about venue, check-in/checkout were very clear and easy to follow. Benny also provided extra info about places to eat/have fun. Very useful! The accomodation was spotless clean, bed was comfortable. The kitchen downstairs is a big plus - you have access to a fridge, microwave, hot water. Benny provided free breakfast items - tea/coffee/bread/biscuits/croissants&waffles which was wonderful. We even found a surprise basket in the room with small toiletries&sweets as a gift! The location of the place is very central - in just couple of minutes you are in the very centre of the city - but it was nice a quiet over night. I am grateful to such care and assistance of a host and I highly recommend the place, if you want a cosy nice place to stay in centre of the city! Thank you, I would come back again when being in Burxelles!
