The scenery amongst the cabins was extraordinary. The cabins themselves were comfortable and surprisingly luxurious. On top of the the staff were wonderful and very accommodating for our dietary requirements for dinner and breakfast.

Phenomenal location overlooking the river. Outside (covered) lounge and kitchen overlooking the views (and crocs) were awesome. Great place to stay with friends/family as have a common area and separate rooms/bathrooms. Great value for money and less expensive than other options in the area that we found.

Amazing place in the middle of wild nature! The staff is excellent and very helpful. The dinner is very varied in the restaurant. It is recommended to do the waterfall route near the hotel - the natural water pools are amazing!

The host really was the best! She told us all about the local cassowary that was popping by daily to snack on the fruits (unfortunately we weren't at the accommodation at the times it passed by). The lodge is in the middle of the rainforest making this a unique experience.

Very peaceful. Room was huge. Liked sitting on verandah and watching nature go by. Host was wonderful to chat to. Breakfast was lovely. Largest bed i have ever slept in. It is bigger than a King.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Epiphyte B&B. Matt is a fantastic host and made sure everyone felt really welcome. With his welcoming nature he managed to build a community right from the start with everyone having dinner and breakfast together (there was absolutely no pressure to do so but we all enjoyed it very much and even those with kitchen facilities in their cabins tended to come over to the bigger communal kitchen). Apart from that, the B&B is right in the middle of the forest, surrounded by absolutely incredible nature. It offers extremely easy access to the daintree rainforest as well es the Great Barrier Reef which is only a 25min boat ride away. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks Matt, you made my first few days in Australia truly special :)
