Ask the ENSO Retreat Hoi An to book the basket boat on your behalf, and the operator will pick you up and drop off by motorcycle, which is very convenient. Remember to bring a swimsuit, there is a beautiful swimming pool in front of the room. The service staff at the resort are very friendly and can communicate in fluent English. Some service staff even tried to communicate with us in Chinese and provided us with perfect service. Our luggages were not followed us when we arrived Da Nang Airport. Mr Lanh helped us to call, trace, follow up and make sure the luggages were well received after 30 hours. We were so pleased and touched of the services he had granted us even after his working hours. We are honoured to have his help which makes us hasslefree while language is the problem we have in Vietnam. We must give him many thumb up of the services he had given to my family during our stay at Son Hoi An Hotel 👍👍👍
